Chad Boore

Chad Boore, MBA, currently serves as Market President for the North and East Regions at Cone Health since April 2025. Prior to this role, Chad was Market COO at MercyOne from August 2023 to April 2025, leading operating goals and supervising key senior leaders. Chad has extensive experience in healthcare leadership as Eastern Region CEO at OSF HealthCare from September 2017 to September 2022, ensuring service organization to meet market needs, and as President of OSF St. Joseph Medical Center from September 2013 to September 2017, focusing on fiscal responsibility and strategic implementation.
