Melissa Shearer

Melissa (Kapinus) Shearer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and marketing. Currently serving as Executive Director of Strategy and Planning at Cone Health, Melissa has previously held roles such as Director of Strategic Planning and Senior Strategic Planning Associate. Prior to joining Cone Health, Melissa served as Strategic Marketing Director at the United Way of Forsyth County. Melissa holds an MBA in Marketing and General Management from Wake Forest University School of Business, earned between 1999 and 2001, as well as a B.A. in International Studies from the University of Evansville, obtained from 1992 to 1996.
