Adam Grimsley Trent

Adam Grimsley Trent is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations at Cone & Steiner since July 2018, where significant process improvements have been made to enhance efficiency and reduce training costs. Prior to this, Adam held various roles, including Program Advisor at Krav Maga Capitol Hill and Lead Consultant for Sonel, where a U.S. market entry strategy was developed. Adam's early experience includes positions as Assistant Manager at Cone & Steiner, Instructor at JMSDF Command and Staff College, and Senior Animal Trainer at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, showcasing a diverse background in management, training, and operational excellence. Adam holds an MBA from the American University - Kogod School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Global and Environmental Change from George Mason University.
