Teo Ramirez

Teo Ramirez is an experienced operations and production manager with a strong background in lean transformation and business unit management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Conec since October 2022, Teo previously worked as Production Manager at Amphenol Borisch Technologies from March 2017 to October 2022 and held multiple roles at Belden Inc. from April 2008 to March 2017, including Business Unit Manager for various cable products and Lean Enterprise Manager. Teo's career also includes experience as Recruit & Training Coordinator at Belden Inc. and as Account Coordinator at Sonitronies - Collectron, responsible for setting up multiple maquiladoras and managing client shelter services. Teo holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universidad del Valle de México and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Hermosillo.
