Angelo Aranas

Angelo Aranas serves as the Service Delivery Manager and Iloilo Site Lead at Conectys since July 2025, where responsibilities include overseeing BPO operations and content moderation for global clients, client relationship management, and ensuring operational growth. Prior to this, Angelo held the position of Senior Operations Excellence Manager at Transcom, leading initiatives for a global media account with 2,500 FTEs. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Qualfon for both retail and cyber security accounts, Operations Manager at Concentrix focusing on clinical and educational assessments, and Operations Manager at Sitel for a financial account turnaround. Angelo’s career began at Qualfon in 2010, with progressive roles in operations management and quality assurance. Angelo holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Asian College, Dumaguete.
