Carl Johansen

Carl Johansen is an experienced professional with a strong background in information security, compliance, and quality management. Currently serving as Systems Manager for Information Security Assurance & Compliance at Con Edison since April 2012, Carl leads IT legal and regulatory functions and fosters collaboration between IT and business units. Previously, Carl held the position of Section Manager for Utility Shared Services Quality Management, overseeing quality management across various business units. With earlier roles as a Project Specialist in Environmental Health and Safety as well as Manufacturing Engineer positions at SARGENT Manufacturing and Durham Manufacturing, Carl has a proven track record in process improvement and risk management. Academically, Carl holds a Master of Science in Technology Management with a focus on Lean Management and Six Sigma, along with a Bachelor of Science in Electro-Mechanical Technologies from Central Connecticut State University.
