Cesar C. is a professional with extensive experience in clean energy, strategic engagement, and public policy. Currently serving as the Manager of Solar for All at Con Edison since May 2023, Cesar oversees the aggregation of Value of Distributed Energy Resources credits for community distributed generation projects. Previous roles include Manager of Strategic Engagement focusing on Energy Efficiency and Building Electrification, and member of Court & Union Strategies, where services included agenda mapping and coalition development, as well as co-producing voter education initiatives.
