Homer Pope is a seasoned professional in Quality Assurance, currently serving as the Director of Functional Testing Services at RTTS. With over two decades of experience, they lead QA efforts across development projects, providing guidance and mentoring to teams both on-site and offshore. Their expertise spans test planning, design, and automation, utilizing tools such as IBM Rational Functional Tester and Selenium. Concurrently, they hold a QA Lead position at Con Edison, where they manage the QA aspects of the software development lifecycle and mentor junior resources. Homer also completed a course at HBX / Harvard Business School in 2016.
