Katherine Blouse

Katherine Blouse is an instructional designer and inclusive learning strategist with 15 years of experience in instructional design, course creation, training delivery, and operations management. Currently, they serve as a Senior Instructor and Instructional Designer at Con Edison, managing training for a major software upgrade and creating tailored materials for diverse user groups. As the founder of Design for Access Consulting, Katherine focuses on accessibility and inclusion strategies. Previously, they held roles at the NYC Department of Education, where they designed professional development programs and created engaging, accessible learning experiences. Katherine holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Administration from Bank Street College of Education.
