Steve Coulter

Steve Coulter is an experienced Program Manager specializing in Non-Wires Solutions at Con Edison. With a diverse background in project management, utilities, public policy, urban planning, and product development, Steve has led initiatives focused on sustainability and economic development. Prior experiences include managing production services at NBCUniversal and serving as Policy Director for the Los Angeles Business Council Institute, where they oversaw significant research and programs. Steve holds a B.B.A. in Management from The University of Iowa and a Master of Planning from the University of Southern California.
