Timothy Frost

Timothy Frost is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the energy sector and corporate strategy. Currently serving as Vice President of Electric Transmission at Con Edison Transmission since 1996, Timothy has held significant roles, including Director of Strategic Planning, where responsibilities encompassed strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and business development. Prior to this, Timothy was a Vice President at Credit Suisse First Boston, specializing in investment banking for utilities, and held a Senior Associate position at Booz Allen Hamilton, where contributions included key roles in major mergers and privatizations, achieving substantial cost savings. Timothy's career began in corporate finance at Continental Illinois Bank and Stern Stewart & Co., complemented by an MBA in Finance and Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics from Macalester College.
