Joshua Shapiro

Joshua Shapiro, Ed.D. has been working in the education field for over 20 years. Joshua currently serves as the Principal at Clovis Unified School District since July 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Clovis Unified from December 2013 to July 2018, where they held the positions of Deputy Principal and Learning Director. Before joining Clovis Unified, they worked at Madera Unified from January 2005 to December 2013, serving as Vice Principal and also as a Business Teacher/Head Basketball Coach. Joshua began their career at Sierra Charter School in October 2001 as a High School Teacher, where they worked until December 2004.

Joshua Shapiro, Ed.D. obtained a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from California State University, Fresno in the years 2013-2015. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from the same university from 2009-2010. Their undergraduate education was completed at California State University, Fresno from 1995-2000, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, General. Joshua completed their high school education at Clovis West High School from 1991-1995.
