Michael Godfrey

Michael Godfrey, M. Ed., is an experienced educational administrator and teacher with a diverse background in athletics and special education. Currently serving as the Assistant Principal of Athletics & Facilities/Athletic Director at Conejo Valley Unified School District since August 2017, Godfrey oversees 10th grade discipline, athletics programs and boosters, custodial operations, and concussion management. Previously, as Dean of Attendance at the same district, responsibilities included 9th grade discipline, schoolwide attendance, and safety planning. With extensive experience as a Sports Referee for the Channel Coast Football Officials Association and as a NAF Business Academy Teacher and Special Education Teacher for Oxnard Union High School District, Godfrey has contributed significantly to both student discipline and specialized instruction. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
