Juliane Glahn has a diverse work experience in various roles. In 2018, they worked as a Reporter Intern at Radio Vest and as a Public Relations Intern at the Grimme-Institut. In 2019, they worked as a Translator at Innovation Origins. In 2020, they had multiple roles, including being a Reporter Intern Frontal 21 at ZDF and a Freelance Journalist and Intern at medienhaus bauer. Additionally, in 2020, Juliane started a blog where they shared personal and young people's experiences during the pandemic, creating a community. In 2021, they worked as a Reporter at Innovation Origins and as part of the Online Editorial Office at Goethe-Institut e.V. Currently, they are working as a Communications & Digital Media Specialist at Conestoga College.
Juliane Glahn has an education history that includes both a Bachelor of Arts (BA) and a Master of Arts (MA) degree. Juliane obtained their BA in American Studies from the University of Groningen, where they studied from 2014 to 2017. In 2016, they also had the opportunity to study American Studies at Furman University for a brief period.
After completing their undergraduate studies, Juliane pursued a Master's degree in Journalismus at the University of Groningen from 2018 to 2020. This program allowed their to further develop their skills and knowledge in the field of journalism.
In addition to their formal education, Juliane Glahn obtained a certification in "The Health Effects of Climate Change" from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in June 2020.
