Project Manager, Construction Services at Conestoga College

Justin Cole C.E.T. P.GSC has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Justin started their career as a Junior Design Associate at Greystone Design Group Inc. in 2011. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at FREY BUILDING CONTRACTORS, where they progressed from Project Coordinator to Associate Project Manager and eventually became a Project Manager. In 2019, they joined Conestoga College as a Part-time Professor and later became a Project Manager in Construction Services. Justin also worked as a Project Manager at VanDel Construction from 2020 to 2023. Justin's expertise in project management and construction services is well-established through their various roles and experiences.

Justin Cole C.E.T. P.GSC has a diverse education history. Justin began their academic journey at Cameron Heights, where they completed their high school education from 2004 to 2008. After that, they pursued a Diploma in Architectural Engineering at Conestoga College from 2008 to 2012. Building on their architectural foundation, Justin then achieved a Construction Project Management Certificate from Conestoga College in 2012 and 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Justin has obtained several professional certifications throughout their career. In 2014, they became a Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) through the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT). That same year, they also obtained the Gold Seal Intern certification from the Canadian Construction Association. Furthermore, in 2018, Justin achieved the prestigious Gold Seal Certified designation from the Gold Seal Certification organization. More recently, in 2020, they became Procore Certified: Project Manager (Core Tools) through Procore Technologies and obtained the Professional Gold Seal Certified designation from the Canadian Construction Association.
