Kim Moore is a seasoned career development professional with extensive experience in educational and employment services. Currently serving as the Faculty & Practicum Coordinator for the Career Development Professional Program at Conestoga College School of Business, Kim has successfully guided over 200 international and domestic students through labor market research and field placements. Previous roles include Employment Specialist at the Canadian Arab Women's Association, where cross-referral relationships were established to support Arab women's workforce integration, and Virtual Events Webcast Host at Forj, recognized for enhancing client experiences. Kim also held managerial positions at Conestoga College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning, where service delivery and community relationships were effectively strategically developed. Kim holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Speech Communications from the University of Waterloo and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Education with a focus on Leadership in Learning.
