Louise Williams started their work experience in 2009 as a Sales Associate at Savers | Value Village. Louise then transitioned to the Conestoga College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning in 2010, where they held the positions of Development Team Assistant from September 2010 to April 2012, and Development Research Officer from April 2012 onwards.

Louise Williams has a diverse education history. Louise started their educational journey by enrolling at Conestoga College in 2009, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration Management with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. This program spanned from 2009 to 2012.

In 2011, Louise Williams returned to Conestoga College to earn an Experience Entrepreneurship Certificate, which they successfully completed in 2012. Subsequently, in 2015, they furthered their education by studying American Sign Language at Conestoga College for a year, until 2016.

Additionally, Louise Williams obtained a certification in safeTALK from LivingWorks in January 2019 to enhance their skills and knowledge in promoting mental health and suicide prevention.
