Martha Valencia has work experience in various roles and companies.

Martha also supervised trucking lanes and shipments, and developed Customs documents and procedures.

In 2007 to 2009, they attended Conestoga College and obtained a degree in Office Administration Executive, with a focus on the field of Business. Following this, in 2010, they pursued a degree in Intercultural Communications at Loyalist College, specializing in Community & Social Services. Later in 2010, they returned to Conestoga College and completed a diploma in Language Interpreter Training, concentrating on Languages. Finally, from 2012 to 2016, Martha attended Conestoga College once again and received a post-graduate degree in Applied Organizational Leadership and Development.
