Matthew Thibodeau has a range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Matthew currently works at Conestoga College as the Director of IT Customer Service, a role they started in October 2022. Matthew Thibodeau has a solid education background in technology management and business. From 2013 to 2017, they pursued a Master of Technology Management with a specialization in Engineering & Applied Science at Memorial University of Newfoundland. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Technology Management from Ryerson University, which lasted from 2003 to 2010. Matthew also obtained a Certificate in Greenbelt Certification from Johnson Controls in 2004. Earlier in their education, they attended Conestoga College from 1993 to 1996, where they earned a Diploma in Business Administration, focusing on Accounting. In addition to their formal education, Matthew has recently acquired the ITIL® Foundation 4 First Look certification from LinkedIn in February 2023.
