Zemar Salim

Zemar Salim has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2003, they worked as a Brand Ambassador for Influence Marketing until 2007. In 2008, they served as a Brand Ambassador for Parmalat Canada. In 2013, they joined Robert Half as a Staffing Manager until 2015. From 2015 onwards, they joined Conestoga College and held multiple positions, including Career Work Coach and Employer Liaison, Employer Relations Officer, Digital Recruitment and Marketing, Professor, and currently, Program Manager for the School of Applied Computer Science & IT. Their career spans over different fields, demonstrating their versatility and adaptability.

Zemar Salim pursued a Master of Digital Experience Innovation (MDEI) degree from the University of Waterloo. Prior to that, they completed an Honours Bachelor of Commerce (H.B.Com.) degree at Lakehead University, specializing in General Management with a minor in Human Resources and Industrial Relations.

Additionally, Zemar obtained a micro-credential in Teaching at Conestoga from Conestoga College in 2022. They also have a certification in Google Analytics for Beginners, obtained in 2018 from Google.
