Rebecca Tosswill

Rebecca Tosswill has over eight years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Talent and Organizational Development Manager at Conestoga Meats since February 2016. In this role, Rebecca leads the recruitment function, talent development programs, and organizational development initiatives, including HR analytics and compensation. Previous positions within Conestoga Meats include Human Resources Specialist and Human Resources Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations, recruitment strategies, project leadership, and performance evaluation systems.
