Dr. Tejaswi Kandrati (She/her)

Dr. Tejaswi Kandrati is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Campus Life Coordinator at Conestoga Students Inc. since January 2022, where responsibilities include supervising and training part-time staff, ensuring optimal service coverage, and providing administrative support. Dr. Kandrati also holds roles on the Joint Health & Safety Committee and previously worked as a Campus Service Assistant and Student Office Assistant, focusing on customer service and staff training. Prior to this, Dr. Kandrati was a Direct Care Worker at Home Care Assistance, providing personal care and medication administration, and practiced as a Dentist at Smile Dental India, performing various oral procedures after completing a dental internship at Drs. Sudha & Nageswara Rao Siddhartha Institute of Dental Sciences. Dr. Kandrati earned a graduate certificate in Health Care Administration and Services Management from Conestoga College and holds a Bachelor's degree in Dental Surgery from NTR University of Health Sciences, along with an International Certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association.
