Rachel McCullough has extensive experience in management and coordination roles, currently serving as Campus Service Manager and Wellness Office Coordinator at Conestoga Students Inc. since December 2017. Prior to this, Rachel held the position of Sales Lead at Motherhood Maternity from 2014 to 2019 and worked as Operations Administrator for the Region of Waterloo from December 2017 to July 2018. Rachel McCullough earned a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies/Critical Theory and Analysis, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies, both from Wilfrid Laurier University, graduating in 2016.

Conestoga Students Inc. (CSI) was established in 1973 and is the official student association of Conestoga College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning, representing the voice of all Conestoga students. CSI is governed by a student board of directors and provides Conestoga students with services, events, resources, and advocacy initiatives to improve and support the student experience.
