Rachel Palmer is an experienced event professional with a strong background in coordination and assistance roles across various organizations. Currently serving as an Event Coordinator at Conestoga Students Inc. since June 2022, Rachel previously held the position of Special Event Coordinator at Pearle Hospitality from July 2021 to June 2022. Rachel's career began at RONA as a Sales Associate, and included roles such as Event Staff at Conestoga Students Inc. and Youth Coordinator at the Canadian Caribbean Association of Halton. Additional experience includes an internship as an Event Assistant at Starlight Children's Foundation Canada and a summer internship at Kerr Street BIA. Rachel holds a Diploma in Business Marketing from Conestoga College and a Diploma of Special Events Management from George Brown College.

Conestoga Students Inc. (CSI) was established in 1973 and is the official student association of Conestoga College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning, representing the voice of all Conestoga students. CSI is governed by a student board of directors and provides Conestoga students with services, events, resources, and advocacy initiatives to improve and support the student experience.
