Christine Swiatek-Putt, M.A., BCBA, LBA, currently serves as the Conestoga Valley District BCBA at Conestoga Valley School District since August 2020. Prior to this role, Christine worked with Invo HealthCare - Progressus Therapy from April 2017 to August 2020, where duties included Supervisor, BCBA, and LBA responsibilities. Additionally, Christine was the Owner and Consultant at Sprout Behavior Consultants, LLC from February 2016 to August 2020. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Education with a concentration in Online Learning at the University of South Florida since 2017, Christine previously obtained education at the Florida Institute of Technology.

Conestoga Valley School District is a multiple Keystone Award-winning public school district that serves a unique and changing population of some 4,300 students in grades K-12. Located just east of Lancaster City, the CV community has a population of approximately 31,000 residents living in a mix of urban areas, suburban neighborhoods, small towns and rural farmland across 56-square mile area in East Lampeter, Upper Leacock and West Earl Townships. CV is known for its excellent and caring teaching staff and strong academic programs. At the elementary level, students are offered full-day kindergarten and benefit from a comprehensive curriculum of math, language arts, science and social studies, as well as music, art and physical education programs. Library, media and technology programs support all instructional areas.
