Steve Banh is an experienced educator and strength and conditioning coach with a robust background in both academic and athletic training. Conestoga Valley School District is a multiple Keystone Award-winning public school district that serves a unique and changing population of some 4,300 students in grades K-12. Located just east of Lancaster City, the CV community has a population of approximately 31,000 residents living in a mix of urban areas, suburban neighborhoods, small towns and rural farmland across 56-square mile area in East Lampeter, Upper Leacock and West Earl Townships.
