Assistant Varsity Wrestling at Conestoga Valley School District

Steve Banh is an experienced educator and strength and conditioning coach with a robust background in both academic and athletic training. Since July 2014, Steve has served as the Assistant Varsity Wrestling coach at Conestoga Valley School District, focusing on strength and conditioning programs, skill development, and mentoring student athletes. Steve also has experience as a Social Studies teacher, adept at creating engaging lesson plans and fostering relationships with students and parents while maintaining a respectful learning environment. Additionally, Steve operates Banh Strength & Conditioning, providing tailored training programs for athletes of all ages and contributing to various fitness publications. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Eastern University, a Master's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Millersville University, and a degree in Secondary Education Social Studies from York College of Pennsylvania.

Conestoga Valley School District

Conestoga Valley School District is a multiple Keystone Award-winning public school district that serves a unique and changing population of some 4,300 students in grades K-12.
