Chelsea Royer

Chelsea Royer is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management. Currently serving as the Plant Human Resources Manager at Conestoga Wood Specialties since March 2021, Chelsea is responsible for overseeing HR functions across 50 plants, both union and non-union. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Administrator at Brubacher from June 2014 to March 2021, as well as an HR Assistant at Graham Packaging from November 2012 to May 2014. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing, Management, and Health Care Administration from Lycoming College, earned in 2012.
