Carlos Rizo

Carlos Rizo is a seasoned manufacturing engineering professional with extensive experience in leading teams and enhancing production processes. Currently serving as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Conesys since 2014, Carlos directs a small team to support engineering initiatives for over 400 employees while overseeing production and quality improvements. Previously, in the role of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Manufacturing Engineer at ITT Cannon from 2004 to 2014, Carlos managed multiple manufacturing phases, implemented lean techniques, and achieved significant productivity rates. Earlier career experience as a Product Development Engineer at Corning Incorporated involved developing and validating manufacturing processes for high-volume production. Carlos holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering from California State University, Fullerton, and has additional education from ITT Technical Institute.
