Marcos Kogici

Marcos Kogici has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Marcos started their career as an Entrepreneur in a technology startup from 2001 to 2004. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as a Developer at G&P, where they focused on web-based application programming and ERP integration. At todo!, from 2007 to 2010, Marcos served as a System Analyst, responsible for programming tasks, developing components for administrative and financial applications, and designing software products. From 2010 to 2016, they worked at BM&FBOVESPA, initially as a System Analyst, then as an Information Technology Consultant and Tech Lead, and ultimately as a Senior Technology Consultant and Tech Lead. In these roles, Marcos collaborated with multi-disciplinary teams, designed and implemented solutions for billing systems, and provided IT solutions for customer services areas. From 2016 to 2021, Marcos worked at B3, first as Business Innovation Manager, Data Services, where they developed a new product family of data and analytics, and then as Manager, Data Products - Real time, AI, and API Services, where they defined innovative products through data and technology. Most recently, in 2021, Marcos joined GetNinjas as the Head of Data and Analytics, where they introduced best-practices analytics and used statistics and machine learning to provide insights for various areas of the company. Currently, Marcos works as the CTO at Conexia Educação starting from 2022.

Marcos Kogici's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Data Science and Analytics from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, which they obtained from 2020 to 2022. Marcos also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, obtained from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed a degree in Information Technology from Universidade Paulista from 2011 to 2013. Marcos'searliest education in the field is a degree in Information Systems from FIAP, completed in 2005. Marcos has also obtained additional certifications, including the Certified SAFe 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2020 and various leadership development certificates from GRUPO SEB, ACE Startups, and B3 in 2020 and 2023.
