Carolina Quiroga

Carolina Quiroga has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Carolina began their career as a Ski Instructor at Club Lacar in San Martín de los Andes from July 2009 to July 2011. In 2013, they joined AIESEC as the Country Manager for AIESEC in Uruguay, where they successfully reopened the national office and managed the organization's operations until June 2015. During their time at AIESEC, they also served as the National Outgoing Exchange Director for AIESEC Argentina & Uruguay, overseeing the management and growth of the social outgoing exchange experiences. In August 2015, they became the Regional Director of Social Exchanges for AIESEC LATAM, providing support and direction for organizational development in 11 national offices across Latin America.

Moving outside of AIESEC, Carolina joined Squadability Corp as a Project Manager from September 2016 to September 2017, followed by a role as a Project Manager at Tensai from September 2016 to December 2019. Currently, they are working at Conexio, where they hold the position of Practice Lead MKT Automation since March 2022. The end dates for their roles at Conexio, Tensai, and Squadability Corp are not provided. Throughout their career, Carolina has demonstrated their capabilities in project management, organizational development, strategic planning, and change management.

Carolina Quiroga completed their undergraduate education from 2008 to 2014 at the Universidad Católica de Córdoba, where they obtained a Licenciatura degree in Relaciones Internacionales (International Relations). In 2019, they enrolled at the Facultad Latinoamericana de Ciencias Sociales for a Master's degree in Género, Sociedad y Políticas (Gender, Society, and Politics), and they are currently pursuing this degree. Alongside their education, they have also obtained two certifications as an Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Campaign Business Practitioner from Adobe, one in December 2020 and the other in June 2023.
