Carolina Maristany

Carolina Maristany has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and recruitment. Carolina started their career in 2009 as an IT Recruiter at Accenture, where they were responsible for candidate search and selection, with a focus on IT profiles. Carolina then moved on to BVision, a recruitment company, in 2010, where they held the role of HR Leader. In this role, they led a team in the search, recruitment, and selection of various profiles, predominantly IT.

In 2013, Carolina joined Avature as an HR Consultant, where they conducted searches and selections for internal positions in various areas of the company, such as Design, Development, Quality, Marketing, and Finance. Carolina also developed selection strategies in accordance with the desired profiles and gathered profile requirements from area experts.

Carolina later worked at Onapsis in 2014 as an HR Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they were responsible for the entire recruitment process for both the Boston and Buenos Aires offices. Carolina managed the process from identifying internal hiring needs to employee onboarding and worked with external recruitment agencies.

Carolina's most recent position was at CONEXIONHR - Recruiting Company, where they served as the CEO and founder. In this role, they were in charge of overall coordination, commercial analysis, and sales development. Carolina also managed existing accounts and oversaw the recruitment process, assigning searches to the team of recruiters.

In addition to their career in human resources and recruitment, Carolina also worked as a Tutor for the Bachelor's Degree in Psychology Thesis at the Universidad de Buenos Aires and as a Lecturer for the Personnel Selection Module at the same university.
