Natalia Quintero

Natalia Quintero has a solid background in IT recruiting and headhunting. Natalia joined Soluciones Alfa in 2014 as an IT Recruiter and remained in this role until 2016. At Soluciones Alfa, they gained experience in the recruiting process and handling various profiles. In 2016, they transitioned to CONEXIONHR where they held multiple roles. As an IT Recruiting & Headhunting Specialist, Natalia focused mainly on the IT industry and was responsible for the entire recruitment life cycle, including headhunting, interviews, reports, and follow-ups. Natalia also worked as a Team Lead Technical Recruiter at CONEXIONHR, where they mentored and supported a team of trainee recruiters, ensuring their professional growth and managing their tasks. Throughout their work experience, Natalia demonstrated agility and a commitment to providing solutions to the needs of both clients and candidates.

Natalia Quintero completed their Master's degree in Technology Information and Communication (TIC) from UADE between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Human Resources from Universidad de Morón (Oficial) from 2010 to 2015. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in areas such as artificial intelligence, virtual interviews, human resources, leadership, stress management, web development, and IT talent. These certifications were obtained from institutions such as LinkedIn, Escuela Da Vinci, EducacionIT, and CONEXIONHR. Natalia also completed courses in communication and emotional intelligence from Cámara de Comercio-Córdoba and UTN - Facultad Regional Córdoba, respectively.
