Virginia Rivera Olla

Virginia Rivera Olla is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in organizational management and development. As the Founder of Conexión Talento since May 2013, Virginia is responsible for planning the company's short- and long-term objectives and organizing its structure and functions. Previously, Virginia served as an HR Professor at ESEN, educating third-year students in Human Resource Management from January 2011 to September 2019. Virginia's corporate experience includes significant roles such as Senior HR Business Partner at Kimberly-Clark, overseeing HR for commercial and manufacturing sectors in El Salvador and Honduras, and leading the HR department at Industrias Licoreras de Guatemala as Head of Human Resources. Earlier career positions include HR Coordinator at Hanesbrands Inc. and HR Assistant at Fruit of the Loom. Virginia is academically qualified with specialized degrees in Human Resources from Aden Business School and INCAE Business School.
