Adam Serna has extensive experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and fiber design, currently serving as the Director of Fiber Design at Conexon, LLC since March 2018, following roles as Assistant Director and GIS Fiber Design Team Supervisor. Prior to Conexon, Adam held positions at Union Rural Electric Cooperative, Inc. as a GIS Analyst II and at Mountrail-Williams Electric Cooperative as a Mapping and Data Analyst. Adam's GIS expertise was further developed at Duke Energy as a GIS Specialist and GIS Technician, as well as at Dominion East Ohio Natural Gas as a GIS Technician focused on asset data management. Early career experience includes roles at FedEx Ground and consultancy work for environmental initiatives. Adam holds a BA in Geography from The University of Toledo and has pursued studies at the University of Cincinnati College of Engineering, among other institutions.
