Becky Gunn

Becky Gunn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process improvement and project management. Currently serving as Director of Continuous Improvement at Conexon, LLC since August 2020, Becky focuses on bridging the digital divide by aiding rural electrical co-ops in developing high-quality FTTH broadband networks. Prior experience includes serving as Project Manager and Process Analyst at BlueAlly for AMC Theatres, where Becky successfully implemented an incident management system and enhanced communication processes. Additional roles encompass Program Manager at Mainstream Coalition, managing their inaugural GOTV internship program, and a range of positions at Sprint, including Process Analyst and Operations Excellence Manager, where Becky emphasized project results and operational efficiency. Becky holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Ottawa University, earned between 2011 and 2016.
