Erin Baginski has over 16 years of experience in the recruiting industry. Erin currently serves as the Director of Recruiting at Conexus Search, where they focus on connecting clients with the best candidates at all levels. Prior to this role, Erin worked at TEKsystems for 8 years, starting as a Professional Recruiter and later becoming the Recruiter Lead for Applications.
