Melanie Parker Reynolds, PMP®, PROSCI®, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Melanie began their career as a Sales & Service Specialist at CIBC in 1996. Melanie then moved on to become a Business Analyst at CIBC before taking on the role of Front Office Manager at The Hotel Saskatchewan, Autograph Collection by Marriott International.

In 2001, Melanie joined Conexus Credit Union as a Business Analyst and later transitioned to the role of Sr. Project Manager. Melanie played a key role in managing and overseeing various projects at Conexus. In 2013, Melanie took on the position of Manager, Process & Efficiency, where they led continuous improvement initiatives and fostered a culture of operational excellence.

From 2019 to 2023, Melanie served as the Manager, Design at Conexus, where they led a team of Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, and Business Design Consultants. Melanie focused on fostering a human-centric design approach and championing design throughout the organization.

Currently, Melanie holds the position of Director, Project Management at Conexus Credit Union, a role they have been serving since November 2023. In this role, they utilize their extensive experience in project management to provide strategic leadership and oversight to project teams.

Throughout their career, Melanie has demonstrated their expertise in project management and continuous improvement, making their a valuable asset to any organization.

Melanie Parker Reynolds, PMP®, PROSCI®, has a diverse education history. In 2018 and 2019, they obtained a certification in Conversational Intelligence® from WBECS and C-IQ for Coaches, focusing on the neuroscience of conversations. In the same year, they also became a Practitioner of Human-Centered Design through LUMA Institute, specializing in human-centered design and design thinking.

Prior to these certifications, Melanie achieved a Green Belt Certification in Lean for Services from Lean U in 2015. In 2004, they earned the prestigious Project Management Professional Designation (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, specializing in project management. Furthermore, in 2012, they attained a Prosci Change Management Certification from Adpro and the Change Management Learning Center, focusing on change management.

Additionally, Melanie has received several additional certifications throughout their career, including Workshopper Master from AJ&Smart in 2021, Becoming a Thought Leader from LinkedIn in 2021, Design Sprint Masterclass from AJ&Smart in 2020, Certified Coach from Destination Leadership in 2016, Prosci Change Management from AdPro Change Systems Inc. in 2012, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2004.
