Akshay Kapadia

Akshay Kapadia is the founder and CEO of Conexus Solutions, a leading provider of IT services. Akshay has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, including executive positions at Accenture, inVentiv Health, and Octagon Research Solutions.

Akshay began their career at Accenture, where they spent 12 years working in various business operations and IT roles. In 2011, they joined Octagon Research Solutions as Vice President of Global Support Services. Akshay was responsible for establishing Octagon's operations in Bangalore, India and Winnersh, UK, and played a key role in the company's integration into Accenture.

In 2013, Akshay joined inVentiv Health as Executive Director of Field Technology and Data Architecture. Akshay was responsible for leading the CRM, Application Development, Data Management delivery teams as well as the Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence solutions implementations. In 2016, they left inVentiv Health to start Conexus Solutions.
