Linda Timko Liang

Linda Timko Liang has a robust background in education, with significant roles at Coney Island Prep since August 2016, including Director of Literacy for K-5, Vice Principal of Humanities, Vice Principal of ELA, Dean of Instruction, and 3rd Grade Homeroom Teacher. Prior experience includes teaching 3rd and 4th Grade at Oklahoma City Public Schools from July 2013 to July 2016, where participation in Apple Professional Development and LoTi Framework training occurred. As a Corps Member with Teach For America, Linda developed test-aligned curricula and engaged in professional development. Additional experience includes internships in research and deliberative democracy, alongside a legal assistant position. Linda holds a Bachelor of Science in Ethics, History & Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master's Degree in Educational Administration, Curriculum, and Supervision from the University of Oklahoma.
