Victoria Curry

Victoria Curry is an accomplished education leader with extensive experience in recruitment and teaching. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Recruitment at East Harlem Tutorial Program since May 2021, Victoria also holds the role of Recruitment Manager at Coney Island Prep, where responsibilities include developing a diverse candidate network and coordinating a seamless recruitment process. Previously, Victoria was the Director of Recruitment at La Cima Elementary Charter School and taught Spanish Language Arts while also fulfilling literacy coaching roles. Other teaching positions include English Language Arts Instructor at International Leadership Charter School and Spanish/Drama/Music Teacher at Phyls Academy. Victoria’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Drama and Spanish from Spelman College and a Master of Science for Teachers in Adolescent Spanish from Pace University.
