The Finance and Governance team at Coney Island Prep is responsible for overseeing the organization's financial health and ensuring compliance with governance standards. Comprised of members including the Interim CFO, Secretary, and multiple Trustees, the team manages budgeting, financial reporting, and strategic planning while fostering transparency and accountability within the organization's operations.
