Leticia Menezes

Leticia Menezes is an experienced professional in education and retail management, currently serving as an Instrutora de Gestão at SENAI since May 2023, where responsibilities include leading the Assistente Administrativo course. Since May 2016, Leticia has also been an Instrutora de Marketing e Vendas at Senac RJ, overseeing all educational activities and participating in events through presentations and mentoring. Previous roles include Gerente de Loja at C&A, where management of a 40-member team and focus on customer experience were emphasized, and Gerente de Loja at União de Lojas Leader, responsible for overall unit management and performance analysis.
