Harbhajan Singh

Harbhajan Singh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic management and human resources. Currently serving as Chief Strategy and HR at XLRI Delhi since March 2021, Harbhajan holds multiple significant roles, including Independent Director at Fricks India Ltd, Director at ScaleUpp and Railway Children India, and Convenor for Skill Development with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). Additionally, Harbhajan has taken on leadership positions such as President of the Society for Safe Gurgaon and has chaired various committees within CII, focusing on Ease of Doing Business and Corporate Social Responsibility. Past roles include Chairman of the Journalist Association in Gurugram and Chief of Strategy & People Care at SGT University. Harbhajan Singh completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur from 1994 to 1997.
