Shirin Salis

Shirin Salis is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Trane Technologies since March 2020. With a significant background in HR leadership, Shirin held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Ingersoll Rand India from January 2012 to March 2020, and served as HR Head at Agilent Technologies from June 2006 to January 2012. Additionally, Shirin contributed to the Confederation of Indian Industry as Chairperson of the Indian Women Network for the Southern Region and as Vice Chair, along with a role as Champion for Cross Company Mentoring until March 2023. Shirin’s educational background includes attendance at Holy Family High School.
