Vinod K Bapna

Vinod K Bapna is an accomplished finance and business leader with extensive experience in executive roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice Chairman of CII Gurugram for 2024-2025 and a member of the Haryana State Council at the Confederation of Indian Industry, Vinod also holds the position of Member on the Governing Council of PNGI and serves as a Member of the Board of Advisors for the Confederation of Educational Excellence in New Delhi. As Executive Director and CEO of Caparo Maruti Limited, as well as Group CFO for Caparo India Operations, Vinod has demonstrated significant leadership in corporate finance. Previous experience includes the role of CFO at AVTEC Ltd, part of the CK Birla Group. Vinod’s educational background includes qualifications as a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and Cost Accountant, in addition to an MBA.
