Nathalie Marnell

Nathalie Marnell has extensive experience in various roles within the fields of communication, human resources, and engineering recruitment. Currently serving as Näringspolitisk rådgivare at Svenskt Näringsliv since October 2019, Nathalie represents approximately 14,500 member companies in the Stockholm and Gotland regions. Previous experience includes working as a Key Account Manager at Benify, where Nathalie contributed to the growth of one of Europe's fastest-growing HR tech companies, and as Section Manager Engineering at Hays, specializing in the recruitment of talented engineers. Nathalie's early career includes positions such as Event Coordinator at Guldbrev AB, Shop Assistant at Sportsgirl, and Transcriber at Appen. Nathalie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Information and Media from the University of Technology Sydney and is currently pursuing further studies in ERP systems and Process Development at Kristianstad University.
