Rebekah Steele is a Senior Fellow in Human Capital at The Conference Board. In this role, Rebekah brings thought leadership to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) strategies and research for the DE&I Institute. She also shares DE&I insights with business impact in webcasts, podcasts, conferences, and executive briefings. In addition, she is the Program Director the DE&I Innovators and DE&I Strategists councils of The Conference Board.

Rebekah Steele believes in the power of making the most of a full mix of people to address most complex challenges in business and society. She partners with boards and executives to integrate DE&I into innovation, sustainability, and business results to drive better lives, better business, and a better world.

Rebekah’s deep expertise as a business strategist is informed by her executive roles in global Fortune 100 companies, partnerships with hundreds of DE&I executives, and collaborations with other leading researchers, visionaries, and innovators.

Rebekah is a frequent speaker on whole new approaches to advance DE&I, innovation, sustainability, and business results together.
