Robert Armacost

Bob Armacost is the Program Director for the Information and Research Management Council.

A longstanding business leader and consultant, Bob has deep experience building and leading digital strategies, knowledge management, information services and innovation across multiple industries. Bob has expertise in enterprise digital enablement, including portals, content management, AI-enabled search, intelligent automation and virtual/social collaboration. Bob currently serves as the North American Digital Leader for GHD, Inc., a global provider of engineering services. Bob was formerly in senior positions with KPMG LLP, and Bain and Company, Inc. He is a frequent author and speak on enterprise knowledge management, the digital workplace and enterprise search.
