Tricia La Marca

Tricia La Marca is the Chief Executive Programs Officer at The Conference Board. In this role, she oversees a portfolio of more than 100 peer Councils and a variety of Conferences, and events that bring insights to more than 20,000 Members and attendees each year. Prior to this role, Tricia led US Councils and US Member Engagement businesses at The Conference Board.

A seasoned leader and business executive, Tricia specializes in driving growth, leading transformation, and enhancing client impact. Before joining The Conference Board in 2017, she held business development, consulting and leadership roles in the Human Capital Services industry working for Right Management, PDI Ninth House (now owned by Korn Ferry) and Spherion (now owned by Randstad). In addition, Tricia is a past President of the National Association of Women MBAs and Toastmasters International as well as an advocate for organizations that support Arts Education and Underserved Student Populations.

Tricia earned an MBA from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from California State University, Fullerton.
