Katie Becker Colon

Katie Becker Colon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and the performing arts. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at Conference Catalysts since January 2022, Katie has previously held roles from Junior Operations Manager to Operations Manager within the same company, supporting global technical professionals. As Co-Founder and Co-Conspirator of Old School Shakespeare Omaha since July 2022, Katie also dedicates efforts to empowering individuals through sustainable living with Arbonne International, where involvement as Area Manager and Independent Consultant has been ongoing since March 2013. A professional actor with engagements at various theaters including BLUEBARN Theatre and Nebraska Shakespeare, Katie has held multiple educational leadership roles, developing innovative programming and workshops for students. Educational background includes a B.A. in Theatre Arts from Coe College, attained in 2007.
